● Full upfront payment is required for loose sketches, simple style and light render options.
● 50/50 system (upfront payment + payment after approved sketch(es)) is negotiable for full render and fashion page options.
● I can additionally charge you if commission includes intricate clothing, complex armor or little creatures (+15-30$).
● All the payment proceeds in USD currency.
● The payment is made through Hipolink or EasyStart, as these are the only available methods for me. They only accept physical/virtual cards but are very easy to use. I'll provide you with the guide for the system, if needed.REFUNDS
● No refunds outside of VGen at the moment, due to the circumstances of my current location.REVISIONS
● Moderate changes in appearance and poses are allowed during the process of sketching, major changes require additional payment.
● Only minor fixes are allowed after the sketch phase.
● NO revisions are allowed after commission is finished, only fixing up to 2 mistakes if they're made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
● The time of a single commission completion varies from 1 to 3 months, depending on a type (subject to change due to complexity, sketchy options delivery is faster than rendered options).
● I'm working with the digital commissions only, you'll receive PNG file. You have the right to ask for CSP/PSD file to check on the authencity of work and all the layers I make during the process.USE
● Commissions are strictly for personal use, please, do not use them for commercial purposes, unless it was a commercial commission. Do not claim commissions as your own work, do not reproduce, edit (without permission), trace or sell.COMMUNICATION
